Our Return Policy

At Voeme, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your jewellery. If your piece isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple.

Eligibility

  • You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange only (unless faulty).
  • Engraved, made-to-order or bespoke pieces are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@voeme.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you instructions and where applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Carefully package your jewellery to avoid damage in transit.

Costs

  • UK returns: Free of charge.
  • EU returns: £15 (deducted from your refund when using our prepaid label).
  • International returns (outside EU): £30 (or equivalent in your local currency).

Refunds & Processing

  • We aim to process returns within 14 working days of receipt.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method (please allow up to 7 working days for your bank/card provider to complete the transfer).
  • Exchanges are shipped once we receive your original item.
  • If you’ve opted for store credit, it will be issued on the day your return is processed.

Responsibility

  • We cannot refund shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. We recommend using our prepaid label to ensure safe delivery.
