Our Return Policy
At Voeme, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your jewellery. If your piece isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple.
Eligibility
- You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original packaging.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only (unless faulty).
- Engraved, made-to-order or bespoke pieces are non-refundable.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@voeme.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you instructions and where applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Carefully package your jewellery to avoid damage in transit.
Costs
- UK returns: Free of charge.
- EU returns: £15 (deducted from your refund when using our prepaid label).
- International returns (outside EU): £30 (or equivalent in your local currency).
Refunds & Processing
- We aim to process returns within 14 working days of receipt.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method (please allow up to 7 working days for your bank/card provider to complete the transfer).
- Exchanges are shipped once we receive your original item.
- If you’ve opted for store credit, it will be issued on the day your return is processed.
Responsibility
- We cannot refund shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. We recommend using our prepaid label to ensure safe delivery.
